Raritan Valley Baptist Church strives to be a community of believers, where all people feel comfortable, loved, and welcome. We share God’s amazing grace so His love may change lives, because God’s love has changed ours through His Son Jesus Christ, and the Power of the Holy Spirit. We attempt to do this in many ways. These four are primary to us:

• Worship is the cornerstone of all we do as believers because we stand equally before God, in need of this grace, love and guidance. We worship God through psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, and through the hearing of and responding to God’s word in its many forms.
• Ministry to singles and families through loving and structured childcare, lively Bible study, and the fun of fellowship with one another.
• Discipleship moves us towards more Christ-like lives through opportunities in both large and small groups of Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and Christian love.
• Missions involvement demonstrates our commitment to Christ. We participate in local social ministry for the needy and we support the mission endeavors of the Southern Baptist Convention, the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, the Baptist Convention of New York, and the Metropolitan New York Baptist Association.
